The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing the growth and development of children in our care. This position involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The Childcare Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills while ensuring the well-being of each child. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with developmental milestones for infants, toddlers, or/and preschoolers. Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster a positive learning environment through engaging activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity. Maintain effective classroom management to create a structured yet flexible atmosphere conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities. Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and adherence to health guidelines. Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Skills Strong background in educating young children, particularly in daycare or preschool settings. Experience in toddler care, infant care, and overall caregiving practices. Proficient in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior among students. Ability to engage with children effectively while fostering their emotional and social development. Previous experience working with children in various capacities is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with parents, colleagues, and children effectively. Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in the classroom setting.
