In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth. You'll maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with a supportive team that values diversity and continuous learning. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons for preschool children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and classroom activities. Implement center policies and state licensing regulations. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in professional development and training sessions.
