Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons for preschool children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and classroom activities. Implement center policies and state licensing regulations. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in professional development and training sessions.
