Duties Supervise and engage children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment aligned with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and daily experiences Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine care tasks for infants and toddlers Apply child development instruction techniques to support individual learning styles and needs Follow mandated reporting laws by recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and reporting concerns promptly Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying or similar settings. Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), pediatric first aid preferred Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to adhere to safety protocols such as mandated reporting laws and health guidelines This role offers an energetic environment where your dedication to nurturing young minds will be celebrated.
