Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on childhood development and learning milestones Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and daily activities Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Provide basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all children Collaborate with lead teachers or caregivers to support special education needs or children with disabilities Engage in ongoing training related to child development instruction, behavior management, and caregiving best practices Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is required or obtainable upon hire Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety protocols Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to supervise children effectively while demonstrating patience, compassion, and enthusiasm Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Classroom experience in daycare centers or early childhood education environments is desirable Join us to inspire young minds through caring guidance and educational support! Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
