Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Childcare Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and foster a safe, inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and grow. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development, literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects tailored to young children's needs. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes social-emotional growth, behavior management, and childhood development instruction. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or behavior management. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and health & safety regulations by maintaining accurate records Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering positive behavior management strategies to promote a respectful learning atmosphere. Skills Extensive experience working with children across various age groups within daycare or preschool settings. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education standards, and preschool teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement, team collaboration, and documenting student progress accurately. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
