Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and health & safety regulations by maintaining accurate records Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering positive behavior management strategies to promote a respectful learning atmosphere. Skills Extensive experience working with children across various age groups within daycare or preschool settings. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education standards, and preschool teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement, team collaboration, and documenting student progress accurately.
