LilyPad is seeking a caring, compassionate, patient, and hardworking person to join our team. We pride ourselves in providing quality individualized care to the children and families we serve. We have a lead position coming available and would like to hire an assistant that can be trained to step in as a lead if it is the right fit.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain the supervision and safety of all the children in your care
• Interact and engage children in appropriate ways that enhance their development
• Have a "go with flow" attitude
• Planning and implementation of lesson plans
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Work with classroom staff to maintain daily communication with parents and contact in emergency situations
• Serve and monitor children during all meal times
• Must be able to pass a background check, fingerprints

Job Types:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
