Job Summary:

Kingdom Kids is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, values Christian education, and is committed to providing high-quality early learning experiences in a faith-based setting.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, faith-based curriculum Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Guide and supervise assistant teachers or aides Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development Monitor and document children's progress and behavior Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards Incorporate Christian values and stories into daily routines and lessons

Qualifications:

A committed Christian with a heart for ministry and early childhood education Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting (preferred) Strong classroom management and leadership skills CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire) Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning strategies
