Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a caring and experienced Childcare Providers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children of various ages, ensuring their safety, happiness, and development. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about childcare and are committed to providing top-notch care and education. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement activities and games tailored to the needs and interests of the children
- Create a safe and clean environment that promotes learning and exploration
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of children with special needs
- Encourage social and emotional growth through role-playing and group activities
- Provide individualized attention and care to each child
- Administer first aid as needed
- Monitor and record the daily activities of the children
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure a cohesive and structured environment
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress Experience _Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education (not required)
- Experience working with children of various ages and abilities
- Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare is required
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
- First aid/CPR certification is a requirement
- Experience working with children who require special care and attention is a must Skills

- Knowledge of first aid techniques
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Toddler care and childcare experience
- Ability to educate children through play and activities
- Excellent communication skills

Pay:
$13.00- $15.
