Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Assistant Teacher to support early childhood education in a nurturing and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing educational activities, managing classroom routines, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for young children. This role is vital in promoting childhood development and ensuring a safe, inclusive space for all children. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and contribute to the growth and development of children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Wage Bonus for those who qualify. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate lesson plans. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies. Engage children in educational activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom activities. Support children in toddler care, preschool routines, and other developmental milestones. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, private school settings, or similar environments is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members. Experience working with diverse populations of children including toddlers and preschoolers is highly valued.
