Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate educational programs and play-based learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine caregiving tasks for infants and toddlers Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through conflict resolution Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or similar environments preferred but not required. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (Pediatric First Aid preferred) to ensure quick response in emergencies - Training available Ability to adhere to safety standards and mandated reporting laws diligently Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Classroom experience with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is highly desirable Demonstrated skills in behavior management, classroom management, and child supervision Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child can thrive!
