Job Description

Sunnydays is looking to hire an Infant/One-Year old teacher. As an infant teacher you will need to provide a nurturing, engaging and safe environment for the children to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. You must be able to multitask in feeding, changing, and responding to each individuals' needs. We are a part of the CACFP program that requires detailed daily paperwork to be done at each meal service. Responsibilities
  • Engage with children in educational and play activities.
  • Implement age-appropriate learning experiences and activities.
  • Support co-teachers in daily classroom management.
  • Utilize knowledge of childhood development to promote growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding during interactions with children.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education. The shift for this position may vary from 8am-4:30pm or 10am
  • 6 pm, Monday
  • Friday.
Requirements to obtain this job are: Pass a federal background check Certify in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid (trainer available) 12 hours of online training with-in 90 days Employees receive a childcare discount!
