Your Daily Adventures:
Implement Curriculum:
Deliver stimulating lessons that encourage exploration, including exposure to our dual-immersion (English/Spanish) program.
Safety & Supervision:
Ensure the well-being of every child through constant direct supervision and the maintenance of consistent, safe routines.
Daily Support & Routines:
Guide children through their essential daily schedule, including healthy snacks, restful naps, engaging activities, creative crafts, support potty training and be comfortable around diapers.
Outdoor Play & Nature:
Use outdoor time as a primary tool for learning, physical play, and emotional regulation.
Observe & Document:
Track children's progress and provide valuable insights and updates to parents.
Parent Partnerships:
Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and collaboration.
Environment Care:
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
Team Spirit:
Work as a proactive team player, helping to support the entire Sweet Spirits family.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a preschool or childcare setting.
Bilingual Skills:
Ability to use both English and Spanish in the classroom is a plus.
Certification:
Must have (or be willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid and pass a background check/fingerprinting.
Location:
We prefer local candidates who can be engaged in the Driggs community.
Education:
Background or current enrollment in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.

Hours:
Shifts vary Monday-Friday based on school needs.
Sample schedules may include:
7:30 AM
  • 2:30 PM 11:00 AM
  • 5:15 PM 8:15 AM
  • 5:15 PM Perks (After 90 Days): Paid Time Off.
