Whether caring for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, you will be a vital part of a team committed to early childhood education and exceptional caregiving. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, social skills, and emotional development Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Assist with classroom or daycare activities that foster childhood development and early education principles Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development stages and age-appropriate activities Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response in emergencies Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong understanding of early childhood education methods and classroom experience Ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a nurturing approach Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members Join us in creating joyful learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential! Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
