If so, we'd love to meet you! We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our Montessori-inspired learning community. Our classrooms are designed to encourage independence, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning in a warm, respectful, and nurturing environment. Every day is filled with opportunities to guide children as they build confidence, develop new skills, and discover their unique abilities. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child while following all licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a positive, supportive workplace where everyone grows together. What We're Looking For A genuine love for working with young children. A patient, positive, and nurturing personality. Experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is preferred. Knowledge of Montessori principles or a desire to learn and incorporate child-centered teaching practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences. CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire. Ability to meet all state licensing and background check requirements. Why You'll Love Working Here A supportive team that values collaboration and kindness. A Montessori-inspired environment where children and teachers are encouraged to learn and grow together. Opportunities for professional development and continued learning. A positive workplace that celebrates creativity, curiosity, and meaningful relationships. The chance to make a lasting impact during the most important years of a child's development. If you're ready to inspire young learners, celebrate everyday discoveries, and help children build confidence through hands-on exploration, we'd love to welcome you to our team!
