What You'll Do:

Guide and engage children using Kiddie Academy's Life Essentials® curriculum Plan and lead creative, age-appropriate activities Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Collaborate with fellow team members and participate in staff activities Communicate regularly with families and support academy events Assist with daily routines, including meals and classroom organization

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and truly enjoy working with children. A positive attitude, creativity, and a commitment to providing an exceptional learning experience are key. Qualifications (DCFS Lead Teacher Requirements): 60 college credit hours with at least 6 in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, OR 30 college credit hours with 6 in Early Childhood Education/Child Development plus 1 year (1,560 hours) in a licensed childcare setting, OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Ready to Apply?
