In this vital role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their developmental milestones through engaging activities and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young children to explore, learn, and grow confidently during their foundational years. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on infant development, including sensory play, motor skills, language acquisition, and social-emotional growth Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities to foster strong partnerships Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and mandated reporting laws Document developmental progress and behavior management strategies to track each child's growth Requirements Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools Knowledge of childhood development Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and familiarity with mandated reporting laws preferred Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, compassion, and excellent communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively with team members, parents, and caregivers to support each child's development Demonstrated commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment that promotes positive behavior management and caregiving standards Join us in shaping the earliest experiences of children's lives!
