Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education while implementing engaging activities that promote literacy, math skills, and overall growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Foster literacy education through interactive reading sessions and language development activities. Incorporate math concepts into daily lessons through hands-on activities and games. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with disabilities. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning at home. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements Associate's degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with curriculum development and special education strategies is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and constructively. A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
