In this role, you'll design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, nurture children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. You will mentor assistant teachers, partner closely with families, and uphold licensing and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum for early learners. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and document children's growth and adapt instruction as needed. Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards. Collaborate with center leadership on scheduling, enrollment, and classroom needs. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
