The ideal candidate should have relevant educational experience, a sincere commitment to nurturing young children, and meet one of the following educational qualifications: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or 60 college credits including 6 in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
