LOOKING FOR FULL TIME OR PART TIME!

Hinsdale animal Hospital provides boarding for dogs/cats and sometimes exotic animals and Daycare. We are currently looking to add new members to our kennel team! Requirements for this position include a positive attitude, punctuality, strong communication skills, the ability to lift 40lbs and remain on your feet for an extended amount of time, as well as compassion toward animals.

Duties Include:

day to day cleaning of kennels, feeding/medicating dogs/cats, managing playgroups of up to 18 dogs, providing excellent customer service when necessary, regular "heavy cleaning" projects to maintain kennel standards, ensuring the safety and comfort of all dogs/cats. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience with dogs/cats in a kennel setting, but volunteer experience in a shelter or dog walking experience is a plus! Candidate must be reliable, patient, compassionate towards animals, and able to multitask. Must be comfortable around dogs/cats! Holidays and weekends are a requirement for all positions - please do not apply if you are unable to work holidays/weekends.
