Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings. Strong knowledge of child development principles, classroom management strategies, and behavior management techniques. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education alongside math activities. Ability to adapt teaching methods for toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs or requiring early intervention. Excellent communication skills for engaging with young students, parents, colleagues, and specialists. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment. Experience teaching physical education or incorporating movement into daily activities is a plus. Knowledge of childhood welfare standards, first aid procedures, and CPR certification is required.
