Creative Academy | Countryside, IL Creative Academy is seeking a nurturing, dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. We are looking for someone who understands that infant care is more than meeting basic needs—it includes building secure relationships and supporting each child's individual development through responsive, play-based learning. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants Maintain active supervision and safe sleep practices Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and sleeping routines Plan age-appropriate sensory, language, and motor-development activities Maintain accurate daily documentation Communicate professionally with families Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging infant classroom Work collaboratively with co-teachers and maintain required ratios Qualifications Childcare center or infant-care experience preferred Must meet Illinois childcare licensing requirements for the position CDA, Gateways Credential, or ECE/Child Development coursework preferred CPR/First Aid preferred Dependable, patient, nurturing, and comfortable working as part of a team Must be consistently available Monday-Friday through 5:30

PM Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
