Joy of Learning Kids Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! We are a play-based, child-centered learning environment that integrates Reggio Emilia and Montessori practices and sustainability concepts into our curriculum. Responsibilities:
Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment Implement age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences Foster social-emotional development through play and exploration Collaborate with families to support each child's growth Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space Learn and implement Montessori and Reggio approaches in the classroom
Requirements:
College / University with 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or related field Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Strong written and communication skills If you're excited about making a difference in young learners' lives, we'd love to hear from you!
