Your expertise in curriculum development, management, and educational leadership will drive the center's mission to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for young children. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence early childhood education while leading a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Assist the Director in managing daily center operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all programs Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate curricula aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices Lead staff supervision, including performance evaluations, professional development facilitation, and fostering a collaborative team environment Oversee compliance with licensing regulations, legal requirements, and safety protocols related to childhood education and care Coordinate faculty evaluation processes and support instructional leadership efforts to maintain high-quality teaching standards Facilitate strategic planning sessions to set goals for program growth, community engagement, and educational excellence Proven management skills with a background in personnel supervision, faculty evaluation, and team leadership Deep knowledge of early childhood education principles combined with classroom experience working directly with young children Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a focus on quality instruction and inclusive practices This role is designed for passionate leaders eager to shape the future of early childhood education through strategic oversight, innovative curriculum design, and compassionate management. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
