Experienced Assistant Teachers with strong classroom skills are also encouraged to apply if they are willing to work toward teacher qualification. Responsibilities Lead or support classroom instruction and daily routines Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Observe and document children's development Communicate effectively with families Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations Collaborate with teaching teams and administrationQualifications For Teacher-Qualified Candidates:
CDA, ECE
credits, or a degree in Early Childhood Education (or state-required equivalent) Experience leading a classroom is preferredFor Assistant Teachers Seeking Qualification:
Prior experience working in an early childhood classroom (1 year or more in a licensed daycare) Willingness to enroll in or continue ECE coursework to meet teacher requirements Commitment to professional growth and developmentFor All Candidates:
