Your day will include:

Creating and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities Encouraging children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Supervising and actively engaging with children throughout the day Creating a classroom environment that is safe, clean, organized, and inviting Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members Communicating with parents about their child's day and development Working as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care Following Illinois DCFS regulations and all Triple R policies and procedures Bringing your creativity, energy, and personality into the classroom! What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Caring and nurturing Dependable and hardworking Flexible and willing to help wherever needed Creative and enthusiastic Diligent and responsible Fun-loving and enjoys being around children A strong communicator who works well with others Committed to creating a positive experience for children and families Education & Experience Requirements Applicants must meet one of the following educational requirements: Option 1: 60 hours of college credit, including at least 6 hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field such as Education or Psychology. Option 2: 30 hours of college credit, including at least 6 hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field, plus 1 year of classroom experience. No previous experience required.
