As a Lead Teacher , you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your passion for early childhood education is valued-and your professional growth is encouraged. We serve children ages 6 weeks to 12 years across programs including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After Care, and Summer Camp. What You'll Do Lead and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Communicate daily updates and developmental progress with parents Use classroom technology to document learning and milestones Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety standards What We're Looking For You must meet ONE of the following qualifications: Option 1: 60 college credits AND 6 credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development Option 2: 30 college credits

AND 6 ECE

credits 1 year (1,560 hours) experience in a licensed childcare center Option 3: CDA, CCP, or ECE Credential (Level 3+) 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare setting

Additional Requirements:
