```Duties```

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
• Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and engagement
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment ```Requirements```
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children with varying needs and abilities
• Understanding of child welfare and safety regulations
• Proficiency in basic math skills for teaching early numeracy concepts

Note:

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required. However, relevant certifications or training in early childhood education are highly desirable. Please include any relevant experience or certifications in your application.
