We're looking for someone who enjoys creating a classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn through play and meaningful routines.

Lively atmosphere Safe work environment On-the-job training Casual work attire company provided lunch work with young children experienced leadership team Mon-Fri schedule with no evenings or weekends What you will do: Assist in creating a nurturing, structured preschool classroom that is play based with daily routines Help plan and lead age-appropriate activities (literacy, art, music, movement, sensory) Support social-emotional growth Maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom Collaborate with your team Assist in completing required documentation (attendance, daily notes, incident reports, lesson plans as needed) We are looking for: Experience working with preschool children (preferred) Willingness to train on site for CCP/CDA progam Strong communication, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to be active with children throughout the day Meet Illinois DCFS requirementsPay:
