A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Internal recognition programs that support an engaged workplace 401(K) with company match This position will assist store operations with supervision, training and support of front end store personnel with a focus on procedure compliance and improving customer service. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Provide policy and procedure support and training for front-end store operations. Respond to customer service complaints regarding front-end store operations. Develop and maintain procedure and policy documentation for front-end store operations. Provide in-store front-end training and support for new store openings. Provide in-store training for workforce management systems. Assist Accounting and Payroll with store issues as needed. Train all cashier functions including, customer service, Best and Sales etc. Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures. Assist with intra and inter-department projects and responsibilities as assigned. Attend Grand Opening events and assist as appropriate. Provide store support for workforce management systems. Candidates must have three to five years of retail experience Strong communication, both verbal and written Ability to work with confidential information Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend Able to pass pre-employment background checksBenefits
