Job Description
Looking for a caring individual who could help foster a nurturing and educational environment for our 2 & 3 year old class. This individual needs to be someone who is reliable, pass a background check, and willing to work in a Christian setting. The minimum education for this job: 60 college semester hours (or a two year college degree) with at least 6 credit hours pertaining to early childhood/child development OR 30 college semester hours with at least 6 hours pertaining to early childhood/child development and 1 year experience (1560 clock hours) working in early childhood: licensed daycare, nursery, or kindergarten (documentation required). If you are still in the process of completing courses, please send us a message. Some responsibilities include preparing lesson plans to go along with our weekly themes, taking daily records, maintaining an organized and clean classroom, supervising children in different settings, and communicating/working well with parents, teachers and director. There is a one time $500 hiring bonus for completing the 90 day probationary period.
