Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for early childhood students
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for children
• Provide individualized attention and support to students
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development
• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning, including hands-on activities, group work, and interactive technology
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate curriculum and educational programs
• Assess student performance and provide feedback to support their growth and development

Experience:

• Previous experience working with early childhood students in a daycare or educational setting
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in math concepts relevant to early childhood education
• Familiarity with child welfare regulations and guidelines
• Ability to educate and inspire young learners through engaging lessons and activities
• Experience in classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and discipline strategies
• Knowledge of curriculum development for early childhood education programs
