We are seeking dedicated Early Childhood professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development. As an Early Childhood Educator, you would work alongside your teaching team to support the daily organization and functions of each classroom.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum Support the teaching team in providing a safe and supportive environment for children Assist with observing and assessing children's progress Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Provide attentive care to all children Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment Observe and document students' progress and behaviors to inform individualized care plans Engage with children through play, sensory activities, and social interactions that encourage learning Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent caregiving practices and positive classroom dynamics Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing additional assistance as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) PLUS 30 total semester hours in college courses with 6 hours directly relating to early childhood or child development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Experience Prior experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and caregiving best practices Experience with classroom management and behavior management techniques Certifications such as first aid are highly desirable; ongoing training in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs Previous experience in caregiving roles such as babysitting or nannying that involved caring for infants is advantageous This role is vital in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
