Peter Pan Preschool is expanding, and we are looking for an energetic, creative Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our young learners and help lead our unique, hands-on nature program! What You'll Do Guide & Nurture:
Lead daily activities for toddlers in a supportive, play-centered environment following our established curriculum. Bring Nature to

Share your passion for the outdoors through our signature nature program—leading activities like bird watching, caring for school pets, and harvesting fruits and vegetables in our school garden.
Foster Growth:
Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment where children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent, or CDA/CCP Certification (Director-Qualified candidates preferred) .
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an early childhood setting.
