Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain) 1 year professional experience working with children Lift a minimum of 40 pounds to your waist regularly, and work indoors or outdoors (often on the floor) Have survival skills to spend a day of work without your phone (bonus: mental health benefits of 8 hours off social media) Ability to sit on a circle time rug for extended periods and interact fully with the children keeping them safe, and engaged Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English (Bonus if you speak Baby Babble and Toddler Trivia - what did he say?)
