Kidzone Early Learning Center is looking to hire a Preschool Teacher (3/4 year olds) to add to our childcare center team! The teacher will educate the children while also encouraging & promoting a positive environment. •Must have current CDA or a minimum of an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. •Must have experience with exceptional Classroom Management skills!!! We are a small facility & want to maintain a warm, family-like feel within our building. We are looking for a friendly, positive, hard-working individual to help provide nurturing care & educational fun to our children! Responsibilities Follow a daily schedule & create weekly lesson plans based on our curriculum Provide basic care to the children, as needed Observe children's interactions and promote positive interchanges Collaborate with other staff members; get along well with others Adhere with state and facility rules and regulations Skills Proven experience as a daycare employee Excellent knowledge of child development & importance of routine Patience, flexibility and love for children Strong communication and time management skills Early Childhood Education degree (or equivalent) or CDA We would love to meet you if this sounds like it may be a perfect fit for you!
