Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire and guide our young learners. In this vital role, you will create enriching classroom experiences that promote early childhood development, literacy, and social-emotional skills. Your enthusiasm will help ignite a love of learning in children while collaborating closely with parents and colleagues to deliver a premium childcare experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods when applicable Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports toddler care, behavior management, and childhood development milestones Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and creative expression Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth daily operations Collaborate with specialists in special education and early intervention to support diverse learning needs Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and classroom activities Uphold child welfare standards by ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment at all times Skills Extensive experience in preschool teaching with strong classroom management skills Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education settings Familiarity with Montessori educational principles and standardized testing procedures Ability to work effectively with children across various developmental stages including toddlers and preschoolers Expertise in behavior management strategies and child welfare practices Proficiency in lesson planning for literacy education, math, physical education, and overall childhood development Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention support Strong understanding of daycare regulations and private school standards Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners!
