Job Summary:
Our child care facility is looking for a caring, compassionate Childcare Team Member who has a desire to work with children. This position is working with infants. Other positions may be available in a variety of age ranges. Our ministry is committed to providing top quality childcare and learning for students who are enrolled in our program. Our goal is to partner with the families of the children entrusted to us to provide a caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their growth and development. If you are a patient, caring professional with a desire to help children grow and learn, then you may be the perfect person for this position!Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in your care.
- Assist children with Positive Guidance techniques.
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers.
- Work with other teachers of the class for continuity of care.
- Maintain a structured and stimulating educational environment.
- Maintain documentation of children's day. Skill Requirements (Training Will Be Provided):
- 18 years old or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Organizational Skills
- Certified in First Aid and CPR or obtain upon hire
- We will provide the training for you!
- Positive Support and Guidance of children
- Knowledge of Child Development
- Ongoing Professional Development Training (Training classes will be provided)
Position Hours:
Monday- Friday 12:00 pm
- 6:00 pm
