In this role, you will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood standards, assess developmental progress, and partner closely with families to support learning at home. You will collaborate with a supportive team, maintain a positive, inclusive environment, and model KinderCare's values of respect, curiosity, and continuous learning while participating in ongoing training and professional development.
