Maintain current certifications such as first aid and CPR to ensure a safe learning environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom experience. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and early intervention strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to plan engaging lessons tailored to preschool-aged children's needs. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is preferred. Strong understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare.
