We are looking for an Infant Classroom Rockstar to join our team and help create a warm, loving, and engaging environment for our littlest learners. Our infant teachers do so much more than provide care. They help babies feel safe, loved, and confident while supporting their development through everyday interactions, play, music, books, movement, and plenty of one-on-one attention. What You'll Do Provide loving, attentive, and responsive care to infants. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Follow each child's individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines. Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play. Read, sing, talk, and interact with children throughout the day. Build positive relationships with children and their families. Communicate with parents about their child's day, development, and needs. Complete daily classroom documentation and required records. Follow all center policies, state licensing requirements, and health and safety guidelines. Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
