Engage and interact with children in a positive and developmentally appropriate way Assist fellow educators with classroom activities, lesson prep, and group management Support children with daily routines including meals, diapering/potty training, naps, and clean-up Keep the classroom safe, organized, and welcoming Communicate professionally with families and team members Follow all center guidelines and licensing standardsQualifications:
Previous experience in childcare required (daycare, school, home care, or nannying) Childcare certification preferred (CDA, CPR/First Aid, or ECE coursework) High school diploma or GED Passion for working with children and a team-player mindset Able to lift 30 lbs and actively engage in indoor/outdoor playWhy You'll Love Working With Us:
