In this dynamic role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children during after-school hours. Your enthusiasm and dedication will support children's early childhood development, foster positive behavior, and promote a love of learning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working flexible hours that fit your schedule. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities during the 3:00-6:00 PM shift Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Communicate positively with parents during pick-up Follow all daily schedules, routines, and center policies Assist with snack time and end-of-day procedures Document any incidents or behavioral concerns and report to the director Requirements Early Childhood Education/CDA Required Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player Strong communication skills with children and families What We Offer $15-$18/hour based on experience Consistent, predictable part-time schedule Positive and supportive team environment Apply today!
