Our mission is to foster the growth and development of young minds through engaging and innovative teaching methods. Summary Wee Warriors Academy Milford is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-K 4 Teacher to join our early childhood education team! \ This position is ideal for an educator who thrives in a nurturing and engaging environment and is committed to fostering the growth and development of young learners.
Qualifications:
Experience required: Prior experience working with preschool-aged children (preferably 4-year-olds) in a structured educational setting.
Education preferred:
CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards. A team player with a passion for early education.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate regularly with families. Maintain student records and progress documentation.
