Monday - Friday We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, creating a safe and engaging environment for their development. This role involves caring for children of various ages and requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for implementing educational activities, managing behavior, and ensuring the well-being of each child in their care. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and positive environment. Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including first aid procedures when necessary. Skills Experience working with children in various settings (classroom, babysitting, preschool). Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Ability to manage behavior effectively and create a positive learning environment. Experience in providing care for infants and young children. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills to interact with both children. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
