This would be a great position for someone wanting their own classroom. Previous childcare experience in preferred, but not required. In this classroom you would be working with toddlers ages 2.5-3+ years old. Coming up with activities, supervising and providing overall well-being of children. Be involved in engaging activities for young children. Introducing preschool skills, such as working with a group, center-based play etc. Working on skills that they will need to be in our preschool program. Potty training happens in this class as well! Strong work ethic and communication skills. We are seeking someone who has a strong classroom management style and can work with children at many different developmental levels. Small classroom sizes to ensure small group and one-on-one interaction! Attendance and commitment is key to be an employee within our facility. Families and children depend on consistency and structure. These are things that can only be provided by someone with a desire to be here and committed to the job! We have a fun, collaborative group of staff here, that we would love to welcome new aboard! This is a great time of year to start. Our school year will be starting after Labor Day, but would love to get someone in and trained so we have a timeline to welcome in new families!! Some early education experience preferred!
