Duties Supervise children during before and after school hours as well as summer camp activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, crafts, sports, theater activities, and educational games aligned with childhood development principles Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, creativity, and physical activity Maintain clear communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Assist with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and transition activities to ensure smooth operations Support children with special education needs by adapting activities to accommodate individual requirements Qualifications Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training encouraged Ability to create a positive environment that encourages learning and social interaction Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families This role is ideal for passionate individuals committed to nurturing young minds through energetic engagement and thoughtful guidance.
