- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children in a daycare setting
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Lead educational activities that promote child welfare, including math, physical education, and tutoring
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or achievements
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that meet educational objectives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
