Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher

Toddler Teacher (Lead, Co-Lead, or Assistant) Lolo's Learning Center Lolo's Learning Center is seeking caring and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to work with children ages 12 months-3 years . Positions may be available in classrooms serving 12 months-2 years or 2-3 years , depending on experience and center needs. This role may serve as a Lead, Co-Lead, or Assistant Teacher . Candidates should be comfortable stepping into the lead role when needed , guiding daily routines, and supporting young children through important developmental stages such as early independence and potty training . Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children Lead or assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Assist with diapering, potty training, meals, and rest time as appropriate for the age group Follow KDHE Child Care Licensing regulations , Kansas Early Learning Standards , and Kansas Core Competencies for Early Childhood Professionals Work collaboratively with staff and communicate positively with families Model and share Christian values and the love of Jesus through daily interactions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED (ECE experience preferred) Comfortable leading a classroom when needed Experience working with young children preferred Must meet KDHE licensing requirements

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
