Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.

Duties:

• Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
• Conduct activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individualized learning needs are met
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student's progress and behavior
• Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred
• Familiarity with literacy education and toddler care practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with young children and parents
• Knowledge of standardized testing procedures for early childhood education
• Understanding of child welfare and development principles
